Its one and two star share is 5 points above the typical installer in the Lancaster area. Across Pennsylvania, 43 of the 146 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 18 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

0% rated 1–2★15%

Each mark is one company we hold in the Lancaster area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Integrity Solar Solutions, LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

It was a wonderful experience working with Daniel to get the right size system to meet our needs. They did an excellent installation. The system works very good! Thank you Daniel and team for a great experience!

Working with Integrity Solar has been a very positive experience. They followed through from start to finish and I am happy to say I am well pleased with their work. All work was preformed in a professional and timely manner with little stress on my part . If you are looking for someone to do your solar installation these are the guys.

Not everything went perfectly, but the way this company handled problems impressed me. The original install date got pushed back three days because some equipment arrived damaged. I was annoyed at first, but they explained the situation honestly and didn’t try making excuses. Once work started, the crew moved efficiently and kept the driveway cleaner than most contractors I’ve hired before. One installer noticed my kid watching through the window and briefly explained how solar panels convert sunlight into energy, which was honestly pretty wholesome. After activation, we had trouble connecting

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
