Lehigh Solar

Each mark is one company we hold in Allentown whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Lehigh Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Summary: Lehigh Solar was subcontracted to remove and reinstall my solar array. They were unprofessional, unprepared, and untrustworthy - complaining about travel, mishandling equipment, and not completing the work. The reinstallation was mishandled due to poor measurements, and they never returned to finish the job. I was left with a non-functional system and no accountability. Avoid Lehigh Solar. Full Review: I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Lehigh Solar, who was subcontracted for removal and reinstallation on my solar array. Before the job even started, the o

Just don't use Rio, save yourself the headache. Guy took money and ran. Tough to get a hold of and never a proper update. Paid for services to install a system in April, including deposit, electrician and permit fees. Claimed the permit was submitted, but hasn't even been filed with the city. I'll update review in the future once finished dealing with this guy.

Rio is amazing! Four years ago I had solar panels installed on my roof that were installed improperly. The solar company (vision solar) went bankrupt and left me with a leaking roof and panels that were not working. Rio came out, removed the panels for my roofer to fix the roof and reinstalled them properly so that they were all working. I had gone through 3 other companies prior to him, who either never came back out or charged an outrageous amount to diagnose the problem. When I showed Rio my array, and explained the issue, he knew exactly where the problem was and was able to fix everything

I had solar panels installed by an unnamed solar company. Unfortunately, they filed for bankruptcy prior to having my system up and fully running. So I sat for two years with panels that were not generating any solar energy. No one cared and no one helped. That is until I met Rio, with Lehigh Solar. He didn't even install my system but took the time and put in the effort to get my system up and running. He didn't have to, but he did. Couldn't ask for better customer service.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Rio for over four years now, and during that time, he’s completed more than 50 installations for our team. Every project, whether large or small, has been handled with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong technical know-how. What sets Rio apart is not just his consistency in delivering quality work, but also his ability to communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and adapt to the specific needs of each job. He treats every installation as if it were his own home, which gives us full confidence when assigning him projects. Our clien

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
