Its one and two star share is 29 points above the typical installer in Michigan. Across Michigan, 10 of the 84 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 26 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

The only thing you’re going to get is a loan for $16000.00 and in Michigan it Not going to work!!!!

If I could give this company NO STARS, I would. I can’t believe any professional sports team is partnered with them because they are FAR FROM professional. From how they handle their customer relations to how they treat their employees. They DO NOT stick to their word. Their employees are treated with a lack of respect and it shows in their work!! Employees go months without being paid on time and are forced to go out of state for days on end without seeing their checks. They waste a lot of time going out to a job and the job cannot be completed because nobody comes and quotes the work beforeh

The crew was very polite and worked through a cold rainy day to install the solar panels. They removed their shoes when inside the house to minimize tracking mud everywhere. They also answered my questions and walked me through the system.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
