  I am glad that Prime Home Solutions did good for some customers. Or maybe those were written by paid reviewers to make them look good. Here is my story. Signed contract mid October 2022, was reassured the project would be completed in 4-8 weeks. No updates unless I called to inquired and only get "in the process." Finally, got the panels installed in April after six months of waiting and another month to get PTO from PG&E. I would not recommend this company to anyone that want solars installed. If I can give them negative star(s) I would.

  installers were late and built a grid on the shaded part of my roof (looks nothing like the plans I signed off on). Their office phones don't have voicemail set up, so responses aren't prompt. It's been almost 90 days since my panels were installed and they are still not active. Prime home hasn't reached out to me once to give me an update. When I do get fed up and call them, I get a lame excuse a promise to follow up- except they never do and the cycle starts all over. I'm posting here as a warning to others and because the social media team appears to be the only part of this organization th

  We were not aware that our solar inverter was malfunctioning until receiving the "True Up" bill. I contacted the original company who installed the system and they were unresponsive and ultimately too outrageous in their repair cost and trip time. After some research, I contacted Prime Home Solutions and they immediately put me on their schedule for diagnostics and repair. They were honest, upfront and transparent, unlike the large company who installed the system. Their repair team immediately identified the problem and made arrangements for the inverter replacement which was under warranty.

  Brent and his team are excellent at what they do! I've been in real estate and lending for many years and I've seen a lot of shady solar providers. This company is not one of them... Highly recommend to all my clients and the agents that report to me.

  I met with multiple solar companies but none of them felt right. Prime Home Solutions and Brent changed all that. Brent met with me several times. I asked him so many questions his head was probably spinning. He went through all the options...multiple times. I'm so thankful I pulled the trigger. We went from $1200-$1500 electric bills in the summer to essentially no electric bill. He referred me to the lender to finance it as well.
