I’m leaving a review at this time because I do not have any other way to get ahold of Daniel who is supposed to be assisting us with a job connecting to our solar panels that we had installed. We did our part and once that was done there’s been nothing but silence. My neighbor was really looking into solar panels but I have refrained from giving them any info at this time due to the way I have been ignored. I’ve called, texted and called some more but haven’t heard anything back.

Daniel Olaez was involved in a project where a homeowner needed insulation work completed. The job was referred to us after another company couldn’t take it on. We completed the insulation without issue. After the job was finished, we were only able to collect a little over 75% of the total balance due. Daniel stated the remaining balance couldn’t be paid because his partner wasn’t present. That same evening, he said the balance would be sent. It was not. The following day, he again said payment would be sent. It was not. After more than 10 calls, 10+ messages, and a final firm follow-up, he e

Quanta Energy owns LUMA energy. LUMA is providing horrible service in Puerto Rico. We have daily blackout. They are requesting federal money for basic maintenance, while raising our power bill. I used to pay $95 and now I'm paying $220 for a worse service.

Very pleased with the panels. Installation only took about 2 weeks. Couldn’t have thanked Daniel and his team anymore!

My solar panel was installed quickly and smoothly; their experience is evident.

It was a wise choice to install the solar panels! The business completed the task in a timely manner and without any problems. The best part is that we are now producing our own energy and seeing a noticeable decrease in our electricity bill. We are content!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
