Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Melbourne. Across Florida, 299 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 27 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in Melbourne, on one axis

Each mark is one company we hold in Melbourne whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Reliable Enterprises of Brevard, Inc. is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I called this company for an estimate on replacing my pool equipment and to look at my waterfall that wasn’t working properly. When I made the first phone call to setup the appointment I talked to Trisha who told me Greg would be here and I’d be getting a call on the day of the visit between 8am-8:30am. On the day of the appointment I ended up receiving the call after 10am (about 2 hours late). I was then given new info I hadn’t received on the first call. Trisha’s exact words were “we charge to come out…” seconds after she had just told me I could get a free estimate on the pool equipment. So

Since 2007 they have been providing me with great monthly pool maintenance services. Their prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“residents of Brevard County, FL for more than 35 years. Our customers are our family. Please…”

Its website also mentions warranty and better business bureau, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Melbourne is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
