    It's a complete scam. Luis Leal and Jesús Esparza promise service they don't deliver. You call the office and they protect you; they do nothing to solve your problem. I've had about four people call at least twice a week, and they just ignore you and make fun of you. I absolutely do not recommend this company; they are just con artists.

    Horrible experience with sales people. I told them I was not interested and I have a big sign on my door that says no soliciting. They kept insisting and making rude remarks and kept questioning me. Extremely unprofessional!

    Extremely disappointed and angry . Purchased a solar system for $18,390.00 . Once the system was installed I finally got my paperwork and the sales price was changed to more then $24,000 without my consent or acknowledgment. We fought with the finance company for 6 months to correct the issue. Thank god I snapped a picture of the contract the day we signed otherwise we’d be out 6,000 dollars. Jimmy Esparza and Michael Arvizu claim to be the owners of this company and both have avoided my calls for more than 6 months . An absolutely horrible experience

    We've worked alongside Jimmy and the Renewable Power USA team, and what stood out was how seriously they take the homeowner side of solar. Jimmy is genuinely involved, quick to answer, and the crew actually cares whether the customer understands what they're signing up for. They operate bilingually, which matters a lot in Yuma, and they follow through instead of disappearing after install. From an outside partner's perspective, you can tell the difference between a company chasing volume and one building a reputation locally. Renewable Power USA is clearly the second.     I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. The team was professional, transparent, and always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. I installed solar panels along with a battery system, and it has been a great decision. The batteries are helping me save even more on my energy usage, and I’m also earning extra credits by selling excess energy back to APS. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering switching to solar. It’s a worthwhile investment, and they make the entire process smooth and hassle-free.

    I had a great experience with this solar energy company from start to finish. Their team was always available to answer my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Anytime I had a concern, they were quick to respond and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone considering switching to solar. It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made — not only am I helping the environment, but I’m also saving money on my energy bills!
