Its one and two star share is 2 points above the typical installer in Arizona. Across Arizona, 110 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 82 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Purchased a MyTV box and it does not work. Absolutely no custom service. I recommend staying away from this business.

Used RV Connection to upgrade our battery bank in Feb 2023 with plans to upgrade inverter in Feb 2024. After months of requesting pricing and availability for an appointment, RV Connection stopped responding completely. I will be obtaining this and all future upgrades elsewhere - like a business that actually responds and provides requested information!

Great selection of RV items. I had some questions about several items and the first clerk was pleasant but unable to help me. Waited quite awhile before I could be helped.

I went in to ask about a problem I was having with my rv tv antenna. They took all the time that was necessary to explain how these things work and all of the options I had for improving my reception without ever launching into a sales pitch for any of their products. They were very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

First class service. Tech came to my RV site. Fixed the problem in a little over an hour. Highly recommend!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Established

“(480) 288-1111 now. Working on RVs since 1998 When you need RV repair or RV…”

  • Years in business

“You'll appreciate that our team: Has over 40 years of combined experience Can complete…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
