Its one and two star share is 4 points above the typical installer in Arizona. Across Arizona, 101 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 11 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Wow I just seen one of your drivers going over 60 miles up 16th street in your guys work truck imagine if that’s the type of service yall provide making your company look very bad by tailgating drivers and switching lanes insane

It's been more than 4 years since Yuma Solar installed the panels in our home and we're very happy we did business with them.

I'm absolutely blown away by my experience with Yuma Solar, and particularly with their incredible salesperson, Jennifer! After 15 months of exhaustive research and gathering quotes from about five different solar companies, Yuma Solar consistently offered not just the best price, but also the best equipment by far. As someone who does a ton of research, I admit I can be a challenging client. My ideas for configurations and optimal setups were constantly evolving. Yet, through every single change and question over more than a year, Jennifer remained exceptionally patient and professional. Her

Great owners, easy communication, great company overall.

Reviewer names are not published here. Negative reviews are shown first because they are the ones a listing hides, not because they are more representative.

What reviewers keep mentioning

  • company 4
  • solar panels 2

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“Scorecard, and has the lowest warranty claims rate in the industry. Enphase…”

  • 24/7 availability

    “Toll free: (888) 986-2765 Fax: (928) 247-6953  Sales –…”

Its website also mentions financing, family owned, established, years in business, bonded, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
