We made an appointment two weeks ago for 9am this morning. The consultant just didn't show up. After waiting 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, we started calling and emailing the advisor and main office to see where they were. All we got were voicemail boxes (one of which was full) and no response. If this is the first impression they set with clients, I can only imagine how terrible the installation and service are. Guess we dodged a bullet with this one!

1/3 of the time you can talk to someone to direct your call 2/3rds of the time you are answered by a recording to leave a message. Even if you get directed you still don't get an answer and are left leaving a voicemail, left nine detailed voicemails and recived zero call backs. Employee owned companies like this are just an example of why socialism fails.

Very disappointed with the communication and no response. My wife and I scheduled a whole afternoon off from work to meet with a representative. After receiving a call at our scheduled time to meet was informed he was running 45 min behind. After the brief introduction we started to talk about options. Felt his knowledge of the product and install possibilities were very limited. Then was told to expect a estimate within a 10 day period. We have neither received a quote or a email for a explanation why. At the time of visit they were booking out till March of 2024. Called another reputable com

I recently called Revision Energy to install my new EV Wall charger and they said they couldn't do this unless I was having solar panels installed as well. I guess they were too busy for us even though I had them install my Solar Hot Water system a few years ago and we also just purchased a share in a new Solar Farm this year. After this experience, I can't honestly recommend Revision Energy for anyone who needs a small job done such as installing EV chargers at their home. I do have a better recommendation that you will find if you search on another local Solar company on Google.

Again, Revision Energy’s customer service reply to my “help” ticket was prompt, courteous, professional and helpful. I thought two of my PV cells had stopped working. Tech Service quickly uncovered that the issue was just a communication error from my array to the Solar Edge app, and they corrected the error. No service call or fee. Thank you.

I was having problems setting my heat pump after taking it out of dry mode(dehumdify). DON"T ever use Dehumidify,, it can cause freezing up inside your house and damage the coils. They explained how to set up my heat pump and I had a lovely chat, he took his time and answered all my questions even about CMP and MPUC!

The office staff is super helpful and responsive. I was able to get the work done on my home sooner than i expected. The work crew was awesome and did a great job!

What the company says about itself
Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.
Established
“We’ve been making an impact since 2003. 19,678 projects installed $ 74…”
Years in business
“by our peers and customers for over 20 years straight. But don’t just take…”
Its website also mentions 24/7 availability, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
