  Unfortunately, my dealings with Sea Bright have not been positive. Prior to living in this house, they knowingly installed solar panels on top of 3 layers of roof (building code violations). My roof needs to be replaced and they are charging $1500 to remove and replace the solar panels that they improperly installed to begin with. When I questioned this ridiculous charge, I was told that rules were different then (6 years ago). Nope, they weren't. I have no choice but to give them $1500 in order to get my roof replaced. Wonderful scam of the consumer. At this point, I would never recommend Sun

  I was introduced to this company by a co-worker when I told him I was in the market for solar panels. Everything started out great while they vetted my business. My rep was great. It went south once Danielle left the company in August. Communication suffered, they were unre-responsive at time...had to go back and forth with them over the signing bonus that I was promised etc. Signing bonus took nearly 7 weeks to be "mailed out" and I still haven't received it. Once they have your signed agreement you get treated differently. I wish Danielle stayed and the customer service dint walk out the doo

  A guy wearing a ratty SunPower t-shirt tried to solicit us on a Sunday night at 5:30 pm... KNOWING darn well that we had SunRun solar doing an install the very next morning!!! AND he was STILL persistent about us cancelling the SunRun install. Terrible business ethics. Totally unprofessional and onboxish!

  Having worked for a major utility as a senior energy advisor I have a good understanding of the benefits of solar power and am knowledgeable on how to select contractors. I chose Bright Solar because of their strong knowledge to manage a solar installation project from concept to design and through the NYC building department code compliance requirements. My solar panels were installed in 2019 and I have been extremely pleased with the performance.

  They were easy to work with and detailed. At every step of the project, I knew exactly what to expect. I highly recommend Sea Bright and, in particular, their outstanding sales rep, Michael Greenberg.
