    Buyer BEWARE! READ THE CONTRACT PRIOR TO AGREEING TO ANYTHING WITH BRILLIANT! Consult a lawyer first, or at minimum upload the contract language to an AI platform of your choice and ask the question: Am I signing a fair agreement? The salespeople did NOT encourage review of the contract, in fact there wasn’t enough time given to have the contract reviewed. They pushed it as standard safe contract to enter in. It was NOT! Review the photos with this review. It was flagged as PREDATORY. To start, I should have done more research on my own before agreeing to sign up for this in my opinion “DEAL W

    It’s been over a year, and I still don’t have solar. Every step of the process has taken far longer than it should. At one point, the company made an error with my application, which resulted in it being rejected and having to be resubmitted, essentially restarting the process from scratch. Now my project has been in “Permission to Operate” status for over two weeks, and despite multiple emails asking for an update, I’ve received no response.     The process of adding solar to a home comes with several nuances. Of course there is the sales pitch and the installation, which for the most part were fine. But, it's in the area of customer support where they are lacking. The first issue I had was with the initial site inspection. My house has a transfer switch for connecting a generator in the event of a power outage. The inspector finished his inspection, but left several breakers open resulting in no well water in the house for my wife while I was away. I had to tell her to call an electrician. We were unaware that it might take several w
