Solar Medix

Each mark is one company we hold in the Toms River area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Solar Medix is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Made a review yesterday under "Bob Whitney" and was made out to be a liar so I will make another! The account is under Adrienne V. and we live on Haverhill Ave. in Warwick. Yesterday after tech not arriving between scheduled time of 8am-12pm I called 3 times and was told EACH time he would still be coming. And then we get blown off. I am on the phone with a rep now who said, "well he didn't show because we need to order the equipment..." THIS WAS SCHEDULED MONTHS AGO AND I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE EQUIPMENT ALREADY. I just disconnected with Nica who said either the technician is going to call me ba

They charge for property onsite visit and discussion vs another company that did not charge me to help me decide my options. Ultimately the other company will get my money.

I recently had an issue with my solar inverter and needed to have a replacement installed. I reached out to this company and received a call back from an installer named David Nekula. I have to take a moment to recognize this young man. It is rare these days to come across someone who represents their company as well as David did. Every question I asked was answered with patience, professionalism, and incredible thoroughness. And his follow-up and communication were some of the best I have ever experienced. If he said he was going to call back, he called back. If there was information I needed

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Years in business

“The founders of Solar Medix have over 17 years of experience in the field. Solar…”

Its website also mentions financing, warranty and free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
