  The solar installation has been very good. I had permit to operate last Nov. 22nd and I asked them is there I need to do on my part, they said it will be done remotely on their part. I waited more than a week then called them again. I had to follow up and they set up a tech visit to figure it out. They scheduled it but did not show up without even any notification. I work nights and had to wait that day missing sleep cause that was the only slot they have. It’s month since PTO and still no update yet. You can call customer service but they will just get your info and what you called about then

  So far, I am happy with my experience, but if you are trying to talk to someone life or if you have a question and call them, you will only get answering service, a person that is not knowledgeable and that they don’t know anything about your system or where the installation processesis, you can only leave a message and they will get back to you after that week or so, but my installation was perfect. Perfect I just hope that my system won’t break down in the next 10, 15, 20 years because I am sure I will not be able to reach out anyone because even in the middle of my installation process I’m

  I do not recommend this company for solar - or likely anything else. I tried to work with them to install a solar+battery system for my house, but for two reasons I am terminating the contract before the install can begin. The first reason is cost. The system I was looking for was on the larger end - 14kW and two batteries. I ended up getting a quote from them for a 10kW system plus the two batteries and removal of my current too-small system for $65k. That was an insane quote, so I noped it right away. The sales rep came back with a “what would work” and I said “around $50k might work, if you

  Great install. Below average support after the install if you ever have questions. The unfortunate thing is that the easiest customer to sell is someone that has already bought from you. The below average long-term customer support unfortunately doesn't make me want to do business again with them.

I want to acknowledge her for the exceptional support in solving a delay with my project simply by listening to the issue, zeroing in on the obstacle and giving me an answer and actionable advice to get past it. I think all front-line customer support team members could learn something from Maria to improve customer relationships, enhance customer experience and create positive opinions about Semper Solaris. I hope this gets to her management team because she deserves a glowing annual revie

  The crew was very professional efficient and detailed in the installation. Also the manager kept everyone on focus and working seamlessly together to accomplish the task. Everything was performed to perfection and the job was completed on time and without any issues. I highly Semper Solaris

  I have had a very long term problem(2 years) finding someone to replace my 2 solar storage batteries, as the company that installed the system went out of business, and 2 separate 'solar tech' repairmen ripped me off $$$ and did not diagnose what was wrong. I finally called Semper Solaris , and basically begged for help.. It took a while, but Karla was the most amazing customer service person, she had to go through her companies process and get the OK for a Semper Tech to help me, even though Semper did not install my system. She always kept in touch with me through many delays and scheduling

• Google also lists this company under roofing. A company that does both roofing and solar can handle the roof work a panel install often needs.
• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
