    Bad company, caused my roof to leak I had to hire another contractor to repair it

    Don't trust this company with the warranties they provide.. Almost all of the reviews here are new and they haven't had a need for warranty support.. Let's wait a few years when the units start failing.. I already filled a complain with BBB for details.. Here is what I have on BBB This company installed my solar system in 2013. A few years later after checking the output of the solar panels, I noticed several panels generate a lot less than others. After contacting "Your Energy Solutions", they blamed the problem is noise on communication between the inverters and the gateway monitoring unit.

    Your Energy Solutions expanded my solar system and added two Enphase batteries. I wish my review could be more positive but the follow up on a malfunctioning battery has been extremely poor. Both Y.E.S. and Enphase have not followed through on correcting the issue and I've been going back and forth with them both for nearly two months now. I thought, at one point, a technician from Y.E.S. would come to the house to fix the issue because all remote fixes are simply not working.     I finally got the Solar installed and running with YES in April 2025 after many challenges. Their main challenge was the communication where I would have to follow up with them several times to find out the status or get some documents from them. My home is in a HOA which is very strict with the permits and the poor communication from YES made it more difficult and delayed the installation and increased frustration. My first review I must say though every company that I dealt with on a big project there are some issues but everything was pretty much squared away and I was impressed with the company though this recent issue I must say customer support was there for me and took care of the problem!     I purchased an 8Kw solar system from Your Energy Solutions (YES) in 2019 - 23 350-watt panels. YES provided me a 25-year limited warranty along with the purchase/install. The panels originally installed were a company called "Solaria" - I assume they are manufactured in China. The system also comes with a monitoring system, and I have an iPhone app called "Enlighten". Fast forward - three times in the last 7 years, the Enlighten app has shown that 1 or more panels is producing much lower than the adjacent panels. This time, it was 3 panels.
