Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in Nevada. Across Nevada, 48 of the 81 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 30 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Great customer service. I had an issue with a system from another company, but I was 2,000 miles away. I needed help, and Shaun immediately stepped up and solved my issue, on a Saturday as well. Highly recommend.

To say Shaun is a master of all things Victron Battle Born is an understatement. I originally contacted Shaun after him being recommended by Reno based Battle Born. I asked Shaun to run through my system, making sure it was safe, as I had an issue a few months back with a total system shut down. He found that many, if not all of my screws were not tightened down fully, therefore I had an arcing situation, which had led to a small fire. I was so fortunate it wasn’t worse. I ended up having him secure my system, add 200 watts of solar, swap my 30 DC for 50, had air conditioning added (game chang

Outstanding!! Shaun is awesome! Best wiring and set up I’ve seen on a rig. He installed our solar system very quickly and for a great price on our travel trailer. Shaun came out to our rig and accessed the set up that was installed by the dealership. Unfortunately our set up/system was pretty bad aside from the 2 lithium batteries they installed. Shaun explained and worked with me on all my specifications that I had until I was more than satisfied. He told me what could be done and what couldn’t be done for the price point and amount of room we had for the system. We ended up going with a 24v

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
