Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Las Vegas. Across Nevada, 36 of the 81 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 572 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I chose this company because the level of service and attention to detail before I signed the contract was outstanding. Unfortunately, once the contract was signed, that level of communication and customer care changed significantly. I understand that projects can encounter delays or unexpected issues, but consistent communication and follow-through are just as important after earning a customer's business as they are before. I often felt like I had to follow up for updates instead of being kept informed throughout the process. The quality of customer service after the sale did not match the e

The producción of the solar panel is not the one we pay. They don't allow me to see the individual panel production. At the end is more expensive than the grid. My advice don't go solar. Especially Solup

Not happy at all for a multithousand dollar system. For a system that was installed in early december Please did not come in mine until January and even then I've had a panel down. And this is ridiculous that they're repeating the same problem. Y'all know what the definition of insanity is is to keep repeating the same thing expecting different results. 7/2026 update.... I was informed that so left monitors your system for down panels however I found out recently that is not true and I had a pair of panels down for over 2 months when I finally looked at my system. it took an additional month b

I originally left a negative review because of my experience with Destiny Garcia in the sales department. My concern was never with Sol-Up as a company it was with how I felt I was treated during our interactions. After deciding not to move forward with the project, I experienced what I believe was unprofessional conduct. When I asked to speak with a manager regarding my concerns, I felt my request was not appropriately escalated. Following that, I believe I was subjected to repeated unwanted phone calls and what I perceived as retaliatory behavior, including a negative BBB review directed at

Brandon did a great job getting our solar system up and running. He answered all my questions about how the system works and how to effectively use my app. Everyone at SolUp has been professional and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend SolUp to anyone considering going solar.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Established

“company offering top-tier products since 2009. Engineering is our foundation, and…”

Its website also mentions warranty, free estimate and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
