Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Las Vegas. Across Nevada, 40 of the 81 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.
The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 234 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Pour quality installation. Less than honest. Do yourself in favor and find a different contractor. Sailed rep made promises to get the deal. Then did keep his word. System does not produce as promised. Customer service is terrible. We are extremely unsatisfied.Self-service app inadequate. I would give no stars if the review let me.

Putting solar panels on our home was the worst financial decision we have ever made. We were told that we would get $8000 back on our taxes for them.. that was a lie. We were also told that it would increase our home value. Also not true. We have now found out that most of the insurance companies in our area will no longer insure homes with solar panels on them due to damage to roofs, potential leaking, and possible storm damage. It is going to make selling our home incredibly hard and we may potentially have to pay them off in full, remove them, and then re-roof our home. Do NOT buy solar pan

I worked with this company that at first I thought was reputable and that delivered everything it promised, but that is not what happened. I sold a solar energy system to my best friend and today I am losing his friendship and admiration because this company did not fulfill what was agreed. I do not recommend, especially the salesman Thiago Freitas, do not do any type of business with this company!

After interviewing several companies to go solar with. I had made-up my mind to partner with a particular company. Just before getting started I ran into Joseph Sabb from Apricot Solar. The information I was receiving from Mr. Sabb was conflicting with the information that I was given by my chosen Solar Company. I decided to verify both sets of information with my power company and they had verified that the information given to me by Mr. Sabb was honest and true. At this point Joseph Sabb had gained my trust and I had decided to move forward with him and Apricot Solar. Mr. Sabb made me feel l

After dealing with countless sessions to review solar on my home, the reason why I went with Apricot is because they actually heard me. No unnecessary selling, just what I needed, and they knew their product more than the rest of them. I do this for work and to get in front of someone that took the time to know what they were selling made the difference for me. Thanks Aaron!

Working with Vernon Baity from Apricot Solar was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Vernon was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the entire solar process. He answered every question I had with patience and clarity, making sure I understood the benefits, installation process, and long-term savings. What stood out most was his transparency. There were no hidden surprises, and he truly had my best interest in mind. Thanks to Vernon, I now have a more energy-efficient home, lower electric bills, and the peace of mind that I’m doing something good for th

- It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau, HomeAdvisor and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
- It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
