    Our neighbor hired Robco Electric to install solar on their two-story house. We live next door in a single story, flat roofed house. During the installation, we regularly found their installation supplies and tools in our yard, which had clearly either been thrown off or had fallen off the neighbor’s second story roof during the solar installation. Not very impressive, but just a minor annoyance. However, shortly after their installation was complete, we discovered that one of our solar panels was broken. Upon inspection, it was clear that the break was caused by the impact of the heavy duty d

    Unfortunately our experience with RobcoElectrics Solar branch was beyond disappointing. At this point our solar is installed and working, but it took us nine days, when we were told two, to get to that point. The first crew sent out to us was rude, unprofessional, left trash in our yard (personal trash such as fast food cups) and did not complete the job. The second crew tried to put a bandaid on the issues instead of properly cleaning up. Then they also left trash (cigarettes) in the driveways and yard. Finally after a lot of days of our time wasted, and many calls made, Tyson came out and cl

    I was referred to Robco by a friend who is a retired electrical engineer. My friend researched multiple solar companies and read every word of their literature, including warranties and service commitments. Additional details that made Robco the best choice are the "critter guards", which keep pests from nesting under the solar panels. They also run conduit inside the attic to the maximum extent possible rather than externally. All visible conduit gets painted. Best of all, my Robco solar consultant is Krystal Hosmer. Krystal designed my system to produce nearly exactly the amount of electrici

    We had Robco install our solar a few years ago. The process was smooth, they were well-priced, and we are very happy with the system. Recently, Krystal from Robco contacted me to tell me my system had disconnected from the WiFi. She sent me instructions on how to reconnect it myself and even offered to come over and fix it if I couldn’t figure it out. It’s important to stay connected to the WiFi so you know if something is not operating correctly and needs to be fixed. Robco’s customer service is top-notch. I am impressed that even years later, they are still watching out for me.

    I had Robco Electric install my solar system back in 2018, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Even after all these years, they continue to provide the same outstanding customer service they did from day one. My sales consultant, Krystal Hosmer, was absolutely fantastic. She was knowledgeable, honest, and always made herself available to answer questions. Even years after the installation, she and the Robco team have remained responsive whenever I’ve reached out.
