Its one and two star share is 9 points above the typical installer in Las Vegas. Across Nevada, 20 of the 81 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 250 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Las Vegas whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Tempo Solar World is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I've been a customer of this company for 7 months and I used to pay an NV Energy bill of 150 pesos this time last year. Today I pay 139 for solar panels, and bills keep arriving for 164 this past month. Their response is that they don't know what's happening and can't do anything. To this day, they haven't fulfilled a single one of the promises they made when offering their service. They won't open the door to your house, and now they don't answer the phone. They are without a doubt the worst company in Las Vegas. DO NOT HIRE THEIR SERVICES.

Hello, I'm a new customer of this company, unfortunately. They contacted me through Yaseni Lopez, and none of the things discussed before the contract were fulfilled. The service is terrible, the information even worse, and then they abandon their customers. I'm giving them one star because they won't let me give them less. Today is August 5th, and six months later, I'm still having problems with this awful company. They sold me 16 panels that are supposed to produce approximately 7 kW, but they only produce an average of 3 kW. Today, I'm paying double what I used to pay. The bills from Nevada

didnt get all HOA approvals before starting work and has caused me a ton of issues. On top of it the install was not HOA compliant. Also, really hard to get a point of contact. 2 stars cause Steve the sales guy has been great and the panels work

Mr. Campoy, was very helpful and helping me understand the Solar Home set up Process. I thought I had all my questions answered however there were some things missing from other companies, and he was able to help me make the final decision and have the right amount of Solar panels that I needed. He has continued to make the process crossover to Solar, very easy and understandable. Thank you

Joseph was an exceptional sales person. He was knowledgeable and honest about their products and the installation process. The equipment installation was quality work.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
