I had Sol Solar contracted for signing up. They will not call me now that my panels haven’t worked since May. Company that installed went out of business. Recommend NOT using a company that sells and then no help after they made a sale. Poor business.

I called to see if they would be willing to inspect a system installed by a now bankrupt company. He said, "we're not all like that". We scheduled a time for him to come out and see what he could do. I later got a text asking to switch to a different day, which I agreed to. I took the time off of work and waited. A half hour past the scheduled time, I texted and asked if there had been a miscommunication or if he was having trouble finding the place. A while later, I got a text explaining that the appointment had not shown up on his calendar but asking if we could reschedule for another day. I

My wife and I want thank Jacob Dixon for the great job he did in explaining an opportunity for us to install solar panels on our home. Jacob gathered all the needed data, analyzed it, and gave us a complete presentation of the process, and fully answered all our questions. Jacob is very professional, thorough, and a pleasure to do business with.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“– on TOP of your system’s standard warranty! If your system produces less power…”

Its website also mentions licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
