  Almost a year later, I am still waiting for my solar to be connected. When you call you are routed to a call center that continues to promise it is being taken seriously and someone will be on it. Meanwhile I'm paying on system that doesn't work. DO NOT USE THIS Company. Samir Bashar the company rep has basically disappeared.

  I've had a horrible experience with delta power group! I started this process 1 year ago and it took 6 months for them to hook up the solar but even after that 6 more months later I'm still without solar power. I can't get in touch with anyone who hooked it up and all delta is telling me is that there waiting on city contract that they are supposed to take care of. This has been a terrible mistake and I strongly advise anyone looking for solar to steer clear of them! I'm looking into getting out of this horrible contract. 00 stars

  ☆☆☆☆☆ If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I signed my contract with Delta Power Group in October 2025. The sales process was smooth, but everything after that has been extremely frustrating. My system was installed before the interconnection process was properly completed, resulting in significant delays. Consumers Energy placed my project into "Design Requires Changes" because of installer errors, including incorrect account information, documentation deficiencies, and my last name being submitted incorrectly more than once—even after I requested it be corrected.   I’m extremely impressed with Delta Power Group! They set up our solar panels and switched our smart home and everything is working perfectly! Noman was very knowledgeable, and kind and took the time to explain how to use the new system. The team overall was very efficient and provided great service for great value!
