Wow. All we can say is it was an awesome experience start to finish working with Solar Defenders! Solar panel cleaning and netting job with care 🥰. Excellent work, great communication, up front pricing and true dedication to craft. This was a very good experience and given us the solution we expected! 1st pic is before 😉 …

Matt did an amazing job! He explained what he did and provided pictures. He's very nice and professional! I would 100% recommend him.

I had pigeon proof netting that had to be removed due to painting and I needed it replaced. I contacted a couple of firms and Matt responded promptly with a phone call. It turned out he was in my area the next day; we settled on what I believe was a fair price; he arrived on time with a very pleasant demeanor and replaced the netting. He was clean and sent me pictures showing a first rate job. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Warranty

“bird proofing void my solar panel warranty? No. Our installation method is…”

• Years in business

“they didn’t know is that I’ve spent over 16 years in the pest control industry. I knew…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Surprise is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
