Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in California. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 4 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Had problem with my solar system. Batteries suddenly showed 0% charge. Took my trailer in, Martin checked it out, and did a quick reset fix. I had figured that I was going to have to get new batteries, but that was not necessary 😀. Took a little over an hour. Very happy. …

These guys were awesome! Best wiring I’ve see so far and they set up my solar panel installation very quickly for a great price. Martin and his crew worked with me on all my specifications that I had until I was more than satisfied. In a time where you cannot find a personal touch from big companies, these guys are refreshing and give you that personal touch you’ve been looking for. They went above and beyond with the quality they deliver and paying attention to all the little details too. No hidden charges or BS. Do yourself a favor and just call make an appointment.

I come to USA twice a year for vacation Martin installed solar system on my trailer sometime a go My main thing was that I wanted to have maintenance free system Always good to go without recharging the battery system after long time of storing it I was very happy with his work We got to our trailer and sure enough I turned my switch on and my 8 battery bank system was fully charged ready to go All I can say is thank you. Solar On RV is the best RV solar company there is period !

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Pasadena is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
