Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Alabama. Across Alabama, 9 of the 17 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 6 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Alabama whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Solar Panels Pensacola is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

What reviewers said

  • 1★ · around August 2025

Google put them in my area. I called and asked about service. She then asked for zip code. I gave it. She immediately said I'm sorry we don't have a service provider in your area and hung up. Rude! Not sure how they have 5 stars unless they are getting relatives to review them better. Moving on!

Alex, like a good coach, explains things well and simplifies the complicated. This program is a no-brainer.

Alex answered all my questions. After doing some research the numbers just make sense. This is an easy decision. Thanks Alex!

I thought Solar was a SCAM. But, after Alex showed me the program and his professionalism I realized I was wrong. The whole process went seamlessly. My panels are now installed and I am already saving a ton of money.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Foley is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
