    The second time my microinverters have gone bad with SolarSME. Hoymiles told me that this is an installation problem from SolarSME. Missing yet another month of solar production. This is not a "set it and forget it" solar production, but something you will need to track daily or weekly for when it breaks. Still cannot find the customer service number for SolarSME. Update 8/10/2026: Disappointing Workmanship Warranty and Customer Service I am leaving this review to share my experience with their workmanship and warranty support. After three years of operation, my solar system stopped producing

    I am very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. The work for this project started in July of 2025, the panels were put on the roof in December of 2025. The electrical work failed to pass inspection of December 19th 2025, 64 days later as of February 21st 2026, the panels are still not operational. It has been over two months, I have had useless panels on my roof. Every week, I contact the project manager for my my project and every week they tell me the electrician will be out to complete the work. The electrician has yet to come out. Do not contract with this

    I have been waiting for a refund on my deposit since they dragged my process on for over a year now. 10+ emails now not getting any response.

    I found Kevin Martin very helpful in explaining the solar system's advantages and disadvantages very clearly and truthfully. He answered my questions gracefully, and none of his answers were found incorrect. He explained every step and the timeline for each step. I am completely satisfied with this project and his handling throughout. I will happily recommend Kevin Martin to my friends for getting their solar panels installed by his company.
