  JUNE 2026 Had a SMECO audit and my information was sent to this company. Everything seemed great until after my meeting with the contractor in February 2026. I have sent 2 follow up emails and 2 follow up phone calls and have heard nothing back. It is now June 2026. Every email has been unanswered and the phone calls end with the person saying they’ll contact the scheduling team and get back to me, but I have yet to receive anything back. I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism and lack of communication across the board. I have since asked SMECO to send me to other contractors. I

  While my residential solar installation was completed to specifications, EDGE Energy failed to meet expectations. Even after considering the 2025 year-end rush, & the winter weather in late Jan/early Feb, EDGE Energy displayed a pattern of poor communication and dependability, e.g., no-shows, incorrect information, and delays. My Project Manager resigned, & nobody reached out to me or assigned a new Project Manager. After repeated follow-ups, I was eventually put in contact with 2 different employees, who were helpful, but there were additional communication issues, & the project took approxim

  Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company.I was initially given a timeline indicating the project would be completed in time for my MEA application. In my case, that timeline was not met, and I had to request an extension, which I understand may or may not be approved. I potentially lost funding for thousands of dollars. The installation process took significantly longer than originally indicated. My project began in August of last year, and I did not receive permission to operate until mid-April of this year. in my experience, communication was inconsistent, with del

  They came on time. I got 2 bids for them (solar panel and insulation) and both seemed pretty expensive.

  Edge Energy was prompt and neat in the installation period, and as well in the follow up inspection to make sure all was well. I appreciate my technician he took time to explain everything. This was not my first experience with Edge. It was my second. And I was not disappointed. Thank you for the service, my a/c unit was installed at the best time with the weather changing I could not have been happier.   The entire crew from coordinators, schedules, Energy pro's, technical workers & tradesmen, all were professional, customer friendly and respectful. Workers made sure to cover and protect the interior home, and remove trash and debris , the tradesmen asked if I had a preference on how their work would be done and completed. Thus far I can only speak praise. Let's keep up the outstanding service.
