  We made the mistake of allowing your company to see if our home was a “candidate “ for solar panels. After doing research, we realized our new roof’s warranty would be voided if we put anything on it. We told the rep. We were not interested, two years ago and to remove us from contact list. Two years later you all are still bugging the crap out of us, no means no.

  Omg I must of gave you guys my card # like a million times and authorize you guys to charge my card every month ! I missed my payment and they call me like 100000 times back to back ! Even late nights! Just because you guys are not doing the right job by saving my card to your system ! Every time someone calls me their English is so bad that they don’t understand me ! I am now in vacation with my family and they called me 10 times back to back ! I had to answer the last call and tell the guy off because he didn’t get the point !

  We purchased a home in 2023 that already had an existing solar panel lease. The process of transferring the lease initially seemed straightforward and smooth. However, about a year later, we unexpectedly had to move out of state. When we listed our home for sale, the solar panel lease became one of the primary reasons buyers were hesitant to move forward. At that time, we inquired about a lease buyout, but the quote did not seem worthwhile, so we decided to take the house off the market and rent it instead.   If you don’t sign up for autopay you are charged $7.50 extra per month. With all the security breeches I don’t like giving any company access to my bank information. Unless my payments are late I should not be charged this additional fee! There should be a waiver for customers who pay their accounts timely.
