    We had panels installed less than 2 years ago. Multiple times already, huge sections of our panels have just stopped working. Customer service is non responsive to maintenance requests. You have to call multiple times to get on the repair schedule. Contract states they have 60 days to 'try' to remedy the issue and they will indeed take that full 60 days. 2 stars because when the panels ACTUALLY work they are great to have.

    The service department for Solar Energy World is atrocious. They are always late, and sometimes a no-show. For the amount of investment on the installation of solar panels, I expect decent customer service and that’s not the case here.God forbid something goes wrong with your panels and you have to deal with their service department, you will experience the absolute worst treatment. Stay away from this company. Update: I have a water leak on my ceiling, coming from the attic, right below the roof where the solar panels are. An SEW crew came out to my house, did an inspection and said the water

    I was loving my system for the first four years. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful and the installation went pretty smoothly, even if the process of getting the system turned on seemed to take a long time. A few years ago the inverter failed. It was under warranty so it was fixed at no cost (although I lost about a month of prime production). An inverter failing after just a few years was annoying, but I figured these things sometimes happen. Well, a few months ago, my system stopped producing again. It stopped on March 17th.     A shout out to David Bishins, what a great consultation over Teams with him about my property and ideal locations for panels, the cost savings short term and long term. He left no stone unturned, he was absolutely transparent! We went over the technical information from positioning to angles/grade and financial costs with options. David is very passionate about solar and is very personable I am very excited to have solar shortly! Thanks David!

    Brad Reed with Solar Energy World has been so great to work with. He spent time with my husband and myself to go over everything from start to finish and answered all of the many questions that we had. The entire process so far has been very smooth and Brad has been so quick to respond to everything. I would absolutely recommend Brad and Solar Energy World!

    Solar Energy World was super easy to work with and handled all the back end support required for permitting and scheduling making our transition smooth. Highly recommend working with them, Daren was great!
