  To whom it may concern. Please please Before you get into this company think about it twice or more than twice. This company is not what they sell you, totally the opposite. After you get into it and they get you, that’s it. You’ll have to hired a lawyer just like I’m doing right now. DON’T GET INTO THIS COMPANY YOU’LL REGRET IT LATER BIG TIME!

  We have been having issues with one of our panels not getting any charge, and another one at low charge for about a year. We have called many times, they have sent 2 technicians that both said the same thing, the panel was bad and needed changing. The company said they needed to get the warranty for them but nothing has happened. No call back with updates or anything, every time we call they say the same thing, "they are waiting" and they "put a note in the system". Today I am now 2 panels fully down and 2 getting very low charge, still nothing new from them, just the run around as always. I k

  This company will get a sell no matter what. Worst decision I’ve ever made. Now I’m paying a loan on the solar panels, water and sewage, which is basically equal to the same bill I’ve always paid. Thanks for drilling holes in my roof.

  Though Solar Specialists will work with their clients, they will take their time doing it, meaning clients will have to be very patient for them to come through eventually as they did for us. Though it has been a long journey in dealing with this business, and continues as such. We will always be grateful for the owner's time, effort, and great deed in helping with our front roof at his expense. The contract makes reference on the solar business keeping up to date with maintenance, but unfortunately that has not been the case.
