    BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My experience with Phillip Fetters was similar to the latest person who was ripped off by them. I'm writing this in hopes that others will share their experience with their sheriff and this company will be shut down and the owners incarcerated. I ordered a system for $35k paid $31k with balance due when completed. I received the panels and batteries and nothing else. My loss is over 10k for the equipment and no one will install since they didn't sell the equipment which fortunately I will be able to do myself. I've filed a report with our sheriff and I'm hoping that

    BEWARE!!!! He stole $20k from us. End of last April, he ordered a full system for us. After he got paid so he could order the equipment, he would talk to us once in a while and tell us things were on back order. He d livered our 10 solar panels. No batteries or inverter in spite of telling me he had them. Now, we are ghosted. We tried to drive to his address just to talk to him, but he has himself completely baracaded away from everyone. Implies to me he has done this to a lot of folks. He brings his wife and kids to appointments. Wasn't happy with that. He knows his stuff but doesn't deliver.

    I have a unusual relationship with Phillip and Solar Tec, even though I am not a customer, I am grateful for the kindness that Philip extended me regarding problems I am having with the solar company that I’m doing business with. I’ve had several years of problems with them and I’m trying to get resolution but being a person that doesn’t understand solar and doesn’t understand all the ins and outs of systems, etc., he has taken it upon himself to help me understand and build knowledge as I negotiate with my company company when it comes to encouraging them to making things right.
