Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Roanoke. Across Virginia, 56 of the 118 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 22 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Roanoke whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Solutions Solar and Roofing is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Jason and Scott are friendly and knowledgeable. And their installers were very professional. We had a tight timeline due to a home insurance issue and they were able to schedule us and complete the project in less than a week. We were very happy with the experience.

In order to replace the roof, the solar panels had to be removed and replaced with new panels, so I needed a company that could do both. Solutions Solar and Roofing gave me a good estimate and the work was done much sooner than predicted. They even did some extra work on a wall's siding at no extra cost. However, I cannot give them 5 stars because their workers were not respectful of my property - sliding old shingles off the roof onto my flowers and breaking them and the shingles also scraped paint off a railing, allowing debris to fall into an open skylight, removing a small solar panel and

My mom needed a new roof. Scott and his team at Solutions Solar and Roofing came to analyze it. It appeared to them there was possible hail damage. They told my mom, and arranged for an insurance inspection. It was determined to be a valid case, paid for by insurance. Solutions Solar and Roofing were there with more than 1 person from their company to meet with my mom and/or the insurance inspectors at all times. They did an outstanding job, did not rush, and made my mom feel comfortable about all processes. They were trying to save my mom money by running this potential claim through insuranc

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • The website on this company's Google listing now resolves to a domain-sale page, so we do not link it. That may mean the company has stopped trading, or only that it let a domain lapse.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
