    Wow, I had high hopes for this company based on these reviews. We had scheduled a visit at 10AM today with Chavo. He never showed up. I called the office to find out if he was running late or needed to reschedule and was told that he wasn't coming. No notice, no emails, no texts. We took time off to be here and he just decided not to show up. Looks like Sol Farm will get our business instead.

    Update: I added a star because unfortunately it took making this review to get a manager involved who called me and was able to get me on the schedule for the initial appointment I was given and the technician got it fixed for me. The technicians are great people. Not their fault that the office has issues. But the manager fixed the appointment and get it scheduled. If I had just waited on the scheduler I would just now be another month out since it took a month to get the needed part. Also had to deal with her giving me a guilt trip over she was trying her best, and it wasn't her fault song a

    Sugar Hollow's service team just got us back up and running after our system was down and cleaned our solar panels. Josh, Matt and Caroline did an excellent job! They were all friendly, professional and skilled.

    Joshua and Matt were amazing! Professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. Appreciated their patience with all my questions. Definitely an 11 on a scale of 1-10. Recommend without hesitation!

    Sugar Hollow was fantastic to work with throughout the process: developing our system, optimizing it for our finances and power usage and inspection. Henry was responsive and Caroline was amazing during the final setup; patient, detailed and walked me through everything. Can't recommend highly enough!
