    I am very disappointed with my experience with SunGrid Solar. My solar system was installed on May 28 and is still not operational. Since then, I have experienced significant delays and poor communication. Most recently, I was told an inspector would come to my home on a scheduled day, so I stayed home and rearranged my schedule. No one showed up, and I was not given any call, email, or notice that the appointment was canceled or changed. This is not the first delay, and it has been very frustrating trying to get clear updates or timelines for completion. At this point, the system is still not

    The worst company ever! Do not buy solar from them.

    I have been able to work through repairs and have had personal contact by my prompting, not by their response to my calls or messages. I do hope that there will be improvement in the communication and attention to servicing their customer base. There is no personal contact from the company. Does not return messages or schedule service in a timely manner.

    Andrew took such good care of us, He went above & beyond! we are so grateful! Communication was on point, He is such a hard worker!

    Andrew was great. He answered all my questions and showed me the video of my roof, and what to expect. He showed up on time and measured the roof and was finished within about one hour. Thank you. Andrew was awesome. He is a great asset and excellent representative.

    Every person I’ve met has many very nice and responsive. They are moving things along quick too I’m excited about being a customer.
