    I love having solar, in theory. I wish it worked though. They sent a tech who came out to diagnose. He confirmed the system is arching.....yes, arching electricity! It's now been more than 2 weeks and I can't even get them to schedule an electrician. I couldn't be more dissatisfied with the service. It's still under warranty so I can't even find someone on my own. Is there something worse than arching electricity? Nothing like paying for solar and not being able to use it during the few sunny months... Enough complaining for now. I'll update if anything changes.

    I made an appointment for someone to come out and give me a quote. No one showed up. The company ghosted me. Now, a month later they are calling me daily with random spoofed numbers from all over the country, trying to get me to buy or. I have asked repeatedly for them to stop calling me. I've repeatedly told them over and over that I'm not interested and to take me off their call list and to stop calling me. I've blocked at least 10 numbers so far and they keep calling and harassing me for a consultation. At this point, I'm convinced this entire company is a scam and that any positive reviews

    Blue Raven salespersons are worst! I was really considering them and so gave my number to schedule a call. Later the salesperson called during my family dinner time and I requested them to call me next they. But he continuously pressed me to talk and wanted to connect with the Blue Raven representative. I was requesting again and again it is not a right time for me and I was bound to hung up on his face. Since then my phone is bombarding with scam calls 8-12 a day!! This is ridiculous how unprofessional and under trained their sales persons out in the feild are. This event led me to not consid

    Well, we were given one day notice for them to come do the installation. Two guys showed up start unloading and told me that they’re waiting for the electrician to show up. I leave for work with my husband and my mother-in-law here and come home and all the panels are up on the roof, but they’re not symmetrical to the length of the roof which is now gonna bother me because I like seeing symmetrical and then secondly I was told that the electrician won’t be here for two more days. So technically, the job is not done.
