    Our experience with Sunrun has been extremely disappointing. Our solar project is currently stalled because of issues on Sunrun’s end, and despite repeated calls and messages, we have been unable to get answers or meaningful updates. During the process, the panel model was changed from what was originally proposed, and our system design now shows two fewer panels. We’ve repeatedly asked for an explanation of how a system with fewer, different panels is expected to produce the same output, but no one has been able to provide a clear answer.     Aggressive solicitors that don't respect "no soliciting" signs or leave when you tell them you're not interested. Not a good business model

    The guys that showed up from SunRun were awesome to work with. Upon arrival they introduced themselves and then got right to work setting up their safety equipment, explaining what they were going to be doing and answered any questions we had. They were extremely polite and respectful of the property as well. Out of no where some nosey neighbor decided it would be cute to file a false report to OSHA, who quickly responded and after a thorough inspection found the crew to be in 100% compliance. The way the crew handled the disruption was remarkable. They carried on knowing they had nothing to w

    I worked with Julie G. And she assisted me with the process. She was very knowledgeable on what she was selling and at no point made me feel pressured to try and get solar. The crew that installed my system was also great. They didn’t leave a mess outside nor inside when they went up to the attic. Overall I’m happy with the service.

    I had a great experience with Sunrun. The install crew (Dillan, Greg, Alex and Nick) were incredible. Arrived on time, courteous, professional and explained every step of the process. They went above and beyond. On the install day, they checked out the property and made a few tweaks to the plan to have the most discrete and cleanest solar system setup. Very pleased!!
