Its one and two star share is 8 points below the typical installer in the Stamford area. Across Connecticut, 49 of the 112 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 87 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

We hired Sunquest Solar to handle the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels during a roof replacement. During our initial interview with the owner - who initially came across as professional and courteous - we explained that we own the solar panels outright and wanted them handled with care. We also shared our concern about leaving the panels outside, exposed to weather and wildlife, and agreed they would be stored safely inside our living room until reinstall. The owner expressed understanding and assured us this would not be an issue. Also discussed whether he could complete the wor

DO NOT HIRE!!! Would give ZERO if I could. Hired this company to remove and replace my solar panels for a roof replacement. Charged me over $7,500, for them not to be reinstalled properly. Because of this I have tremendously high electric bills. They do not have access to check if the system is running or to fix their mistakes. Not worth the risk. Go with a real legit company that will not rob you!

Honestly this company was great start to finish. We had to get a new roof and have a ton of panels we needed to remove and reinstall. Out of all the quotes we received, they beat out every single competitor. What I loved the most was how communicative they were. I could email or text and they would get back to me right away. Their guys worked so hard, were fast, efficient and clean. Would recommend them every time.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
