    Horrible experience found out they turned a whole system that is fully paid for go figure and on top of that I can’t get in touch with any customer service nobody Picks up!!!!

    Savkat installed my system at the beginning of December 2025. It's now June 2026 and it still does not work correctly and it is nearly impossible to get them to respond to service requests. Savkat installed a system that is not capable of what they sold me, installed it incorrectly, and have yet to get the system to be fully functional. We are now facing losing our rebate credit and program enrollment for our Energy Storage Solutions due to lack of response from Savkat. They have to-date refused to do what is needed to deliver on the original salesperson's promise and to get the system they in

    SavKat isn’t a solar installer I would recommend. They left a mess in my yard from wire clippings, putty seal, trash and the best was 2” stainless lags left in my yard for my mower or my daughters bare feet to find. Thankfully my wife picked them up first. I had been told the sales rep would be onsite the day of install. I thought it was bizarre. How can you be on site for these installations and selling the product you must be spread pretty thin, to which I was told that’s how we do business. No show up by the sales rep. I’ll leave his name out for now. I received a text saying he had a confl

    Long story short up front, the SavKat installers and salesperson were great. Communication between those events was not. I'll do my best to provide a fair review. Starting with sales. My salesperson, Steve, was very responsive and professional, and definitely had a good grasp on what he was doing. I had called Tesla as well and the person I spoke to clearly had no idea which gave me zero confidence. I think if I were to provide any feedback it would be that the sales material is somewhat unintentionally misleading... It speaks to Maxeon panels, which were not used in my install. A minor differ

    We have had Sav Kat Solar for over 4 years. The company reps were knowledgeable, professional, & very responsive to any inquiries that we had. The entire process from the initial sale to the actual system installation was seamless. Our panel configuration more than covers our daily usage. We have recommended Sav-Kat to neighbors & family. The best part is receiving our monthly statement from the power company which states “No Payment Required”.

    I contacted SAVKAT for solar panels and the process was seamless. Scott and Steve walked me through what I needed, they answered all my questions and they were efficient. I appreciate how thorough snd professional the people at the company are. My solar panels are producing energy and saving me money!
