  This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life and I regret ever doing business with them! The moment they get your signature they completely stop caring about you. Their entire business seems to revolve around making promises during the sales process and then disappearing once the deal is done. Everything sounds great when they’re trying to get your money but after that good luck getting anyone to help you. It takes DAYS of constant calling just to get someone to return a phone call and when they finally do they are rude, dismissive, and act like you’re botherin

  We live in a cul de sac and have a No Soliciting Sign directly next to our front door due to high volumes of door to door salesmen. I was home sick today and a rep from this company blatantly ignored the sign and knocked not once, not twice, but three times. We have no interest in solar, and it appears this company does not train their employees to respect the wishes of those living in residential areas.

  The experience started out great the representative Armando was absolutely amazing but one's his part was finished everything was was in slow motion. It's almost a month if not a month and it's still not in use unfortunately the inspector had an emergency on his way to my house. The problem with that they call a week later to reschedule for another week which mean i have to wait two weeks before an inspector come out.

  The installation has been great. The people are very nice however it has taken over a year to get to the point where it was installed and hopefully we’ll be on in a couple of weeks. Had To call numerous times to keep project moving forward over 6 months. Lost a lot of banking for summer and winter bills.

  Communication between salesperson is absolutely terrible don't ever have an issue after install. I'm changing my review from to 1 to a 4 due to the fact Andrew and his crew corrected a concern I had with part of the install and I have to say it was professionally done. Thanks.

  We needed extra modifications to install our Solar panels. The Service Department was great! Quality job done on our roof/gutters and so easy to work with!! Highly recommend iSP!!
