    Very rude customer service, no show for confirmed appointment. When I try to reach out and get a proposal I’m not able to but then they send sales people to my door soliciting

    RUN, don't walk away from them. Once the panels are installed, good luck getting information from them. The promised an app to monitor the system, now they say they don't have one.

    Lies Lies Lies!!!!! STAY AWAY!!! Salesman from trinity sold me an absolute lie. Was promised my system would produce and if not I would have a production guarantee to assure I would always be made whole. Also, was told my monthly charge would go up 1% every year. ANOTHER LIE it is 2.99%. Basically they tell you what you want to hear to get solar. After sighing up with what I thought was TRINITY they had another company that went under bankruptcy do all of the billing. Now the new company states NO PRODUCTION GUARANTEE!!! which was THE ONLY reason that i signed up. My system ran 70 percent last

    The process from beginning to end was very smooth. Ben and Jon were very communicative and professional. All installation related appointments were on time, and very efficient. I would recommend using Trinity solar when you choose to make the shift to green energy.

    Chris was terrific to work with from the very first day we met and throughout the entire process. He kept us informed every step of the way so we knew what was happening, the installation process was so painless and professional. We are thrilled with the reduction to our bill.
