  Our experience with Sunrun has been extremely disappointing. Our solar project is currently stalled because of issues on Sunrun’s end, and despite repeated calls and messages, we have been unable to get answers or meaningful updates. During the process, the panel model was changed from what was originally proposed, and our system design now shows two fewer panels. We’ve repeatedly asked for an explanation of how a system with fewer, different panels is expected to produce the same output, but no one has been able to provide a clear answer.   This company is a complete nuisance. Their door-to-door sales reps come off arrogant, don’t take “no” for an answer, and act like they’re entitled to your time and money. I already contacted them to report a rude employee and made it clear I don’t want anyone coming to my property anymore, but they keep showing up anyway. At this point, I’m looking into who I need to contact to file a formal complaint against this company, because there’s no chance I’d ever do business with them due to their horrendous sales reps.

  Had the system for about a year now and honestly it’s been a great experience. Everything has worked the way it was supposed to and I’ve been happy with the results. Mo was easy to work with, answered all my questions, and didn’t make the process feel complicated. Glad I decided to go with solar! Thanks
