Its one and two star share is 5 points below the typical installer in the New Haven area. Across Connecticut, 55 of the 112 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 3 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Major kudos to the team at North Haven Solar! You make outstanding work seem effortless. My previous experience with a contractor and their crew was so awful, I had to personally oversee the project every day. It was a nightmare. This time around, we did our homework, conducted interviews, did more research, and prayed for a better experience. Ultimately, we chose North Haven Solar because we believed they could deliver the best solar system, service, and guarantee for our long-term investment – the joy of SOLAR POWER. North Haven Solar, you exceeded our expectations. You left us astounded - a

My rating is 4.5, though there's no half-star option here. Moving on to the review, our interaction with Cesar was absolutely top-notch, as he treated us like his own clients. If there were any queries, they were promptly addressed on the same day. The installation team was fast, efficient, and skilled in their job. The only reason I'm not giving a 5-star rating is due to the delays we faced with the utility company, who kept us waiting by requiring permits and pausing the progress for various reasons. However, North Haven Solar was proactive in sending us the necessary documents and kept us i

As a first-time user of solar energy, I was a blend of anxious yet thrilled about getting the system installed. The installation team from North Haven Solar was phenomenal! The team, including Brady, Cesar, and Ruben, were proficient, amiable, tidy, and insightful. They managed to get the 20-panel system up and running in under half a day, even in the sweltering heat! Their teamwork was commendable. If I were to suggest any improvements, it would be in the final stage, post the meter replacement by the power company. The office could provide alternatives for activating the system. The final st

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
