  I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Sunrun’s customer service and lack of urgency regarding an ongoing roof leak caused by the solar panel installation. Three separate Sunrun technicians have inspected my roof, and each technician acknowledged that the leak is related to the holes and mounting points created during the installation of the solar panels. Despite this, my roof is still leaking, and I am continuing to wait for Sunrun to take responsibility and complete the necessary repairs.   Scam scam scam . Every time you have to pay $ 600 for technician to check system if they are working or not . They gave me a system which stops working every 4 month and when you call them for help they give you price quote even though they told me 10 years full warranty and free labor when they were selling me this Scam

  Really horrible experience. I've had solar panels on my house from Sunrun for about 7 years. First, about 4 years ago my app stopped working. Despite numerous outreach to Sunrun, it never worked. They always told me I had to install an update or delete the app and reinstall it. They never bothered to tell me there was a communication error with my system. It was always my fault for not being able to figure out a simple app on my phone. Fast forward to more than a month ago when I discovered my panels were no longer transmitting solar to PSEG.   The company is decent to a certain extent. Customer service are very helpful. Just be aware that they add to any contract that THEY will remove/install panels at NO COST TO YOURSELF so you can have access to your roof. Charges can be AS HIGH AS $2000...buyer be ware

  This is a great company. They came to my house and explained with all the details of how the system works, answer all my questions and gave me amount of money I will pay after the system was installed. I haven't had any problems with the system and I am saving a lot of money since the system was installed. If you are looking for a company that install solar systems , Sunrun is the best.
