  This outfit called me dozens of times to make an appointment. They missed the first one then cancelled the virtual appointment and then on the thirtieth try the said they didnt want me as a customer because I told them they are unreliable and they couldnt keep appointments. Dont waste your time with these clowns.

  Left damages in my house that they claimed they were going to fix. It's been over 6 months and now they are refusing to take responsibility.

  STAY AWAY! If I could put less than one star I would. In short, the system they installed on my roof does not perform the way they said it would and is costing us more money than we would have paid without it.Good luck getting ahold of anyone to remedy any situation. We had one phone call where we discussed our issue, after which they scheduled a meeting with us for months away and then didn't even show up to it. In the meantime we had to continue to make payments on a under producing system as well as our normal electric bills because they "are not responsible for used electricity" Absolutely

  My solar install went smoothly and I was kept updated at all points of the project which I liked. My 2 issues I have are 1. The BS and lies the sales people tell you to get you to sign. I was told my kwh rate would freeze once I had the panels installed and if I didn't I would continue with the variable rate Con Ed gives me. My rate is still variable and when you question customer service about it venture has no clue what I'm talking about. 2. Customer service it's not easy to get hold of.
