Each mark is one company we hold in the Wailuku area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Sunrun is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

  Solar system doesn’t work. Still within first year, system shut down on its own 2 times and unable to reboot independently. Initial scheduled service got canceled and wasn’t rebooked for 2 months, after service, stopped working 2 days later. No service appointment again for 2 months. All while paying for the monthly payments. They don’t respond to emails and customer service just read the contract and tell you, how you signed up for this. Wouldn’t recommend using Sunrun as your solar provider under any circumstances.

  Do not answer emails, etc. don’t keep in touch with you. I believe mine is turned on and nobody has told me anything about it. The people that installed it were great guys and done a good job but they need to pick up customers relations.

  Jonathan Herman is definitely an asset to the SunRun company! He was a pleasure to work with and knew answers to all of our questions and concerns. He is knowledgeable in going step by step in making us feel comfortable in our decision to add solar. Once the system was installed, he took time to stop by to see if we had any questions or concerns. He gave us insight as to what the next steps will be while finishing up with the finalization. We are totally happy thus far and know that we will have a great relationship with SunRun.

  For starters Johnathan Herman the sales breddah did a great job setting things up for us. He explained everything and made sure our system would help us get off a unstable grid. The install team was fast and guys really made it look easy. Really good group of local guys got it done. Also really appreciate Marika for sticking it out with us while we built our home. She kept checking in until we finally were ready to get solar. Contrary to popular belief most of the people I dealt with were Hawaii based locals and really great people.   I had a positive experience with the Sun Run team. Starting with Chelsea who showed a lot of compassion and expressed wanting too help families save money on their utility bills. She brought up really good points that made me realize I should look into solar panels and back-up batteries further. My next interaction was with Dustin. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. When I didn’t understand certain aspects of the system, he patiently explained them to me. I felt comfortable moving forward.
