    I signed up with Sunrun in 2014. My encounters with Sunrun's customer service has been horrible. The actual system production kWh by the year has consistently been below the contract agreement's generation amount. Per the contract, I'm entitled to a refund of the under production, I just noticed that I have not been getting any refund since 2015. Throughout the years, I had to keep calling them to follow up or they will just drop the ball. For a mechanical issue, I had to talk with the sales at their booth at Costco in front of other potential customers to get their attention in order to resol

    Sunrun put a hole in our roof that caused a water leak. We reached out to Sunrun requesting they pay for the roof repair and they refused. Look at the photos I've attached. I asked to be let out of the lease because I did not want to do business with a company that put a hole in the roof, kept it a secret and refused to pay for the repair. Sunrun said it would cost us $21,000 to get out of the lease. Run from this unethical company!

    I would give 5 stars if I would be able to control my battery use. Like being able to use it on peak hours. LADWP still charges me on peak hours when the sun is not there.
