    Awful company. Was promised to have a solar battery up and running in 2 months, it took over 4. They actually tried getting final payment before the battery was even functional. The original quote for install was changed not once but twice. After installation it caused electrical problems in my home. Was told I purchased the battery but upon further evaluation I was duped into a lease. Go with another solar company, please. Save yourself time, money and headaches.

    We purchased system in September 2025. It now has not been working consistently for 3 weeks and it's only 8 months old. You call and you get an answering system. They don't come in person to fix the system and want to do everything remotely. Their customer service is horrible but their sales team is fantastic. Beware! Would not recommend and would never buy from them in the first place.

    Found this company on Yelp when I needed a small gutter added to my home. They responded as a potential group to help me. The initial contact was outstanding. Staff friendly and quick response. From there is did not do so well. 1. The individual who was sent to give me the quote, Cody, was late with no call or text indicating that he was running late. I had to call. 2. Once here, I learned he had not done gutters or the type of corners I was having trouble with. 3. He tried to upsell me with other services. Running through a list. Tried to sell me solar, roof, air conditioning, house wind. I a

    I was very happy with initial install, system worked great. No complaints! After having an electrical problem I needed Semper to come back out to check the system. Customer service was horrible. The first representative told me I had to hire my own electrician and if the problem was with the system I could get reimbursed. Six attempts at the main number and promises to "Have someone call me right beck" was a joke. I only received messages, sometimes 3 days later and when I called the number, I had to start all over again....this took weeks. Now part of this was my fault because I had "silence

    I work with Logan and SALES highly recommend him. He spent hours of time making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Beat everyone’s price and helped me all the way through install. I feel like I got unbelievable value unbelievable Customer Service if you need solar, call Semper Solaris and ask for Logan.
