Each mark is one company we hold in the Brockton area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Sunrun is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

  Terrible company. Got my elderly parents to agree to a contract they didn’t understand, and they misled them about many aspects as well. Their materials are fine. The actual paying mechanism they use isn’t a loan, it’s something else entirely and you cannot restructure it nor pay it off early without hefty fines. If SunRun is willing to restructure the contract in a fair way, I’d gladly change my review. Until then, avoid this company entirely.

  Sunrun solar is one of the worst solar companies that there is out there. If I had to do it over, I would definitely not choose Sunrun. Their customer service is lacking. I’ve had nothing but issues since going with Sunrun. I have multiple issues with my roof leaking in spot where the solar panels were installed because Where they installed the flashing brackets, and did not use sufficient sealant. After multiple issues in the same area they would not fix it. They claim there is only a three year warranty On any work, they do, But yet they’re the original owners of the solar panel. This also c

  I cannot recommend Sunrun based on my experience. I own a two-family home, and I was told the solar installation would cover the entire property. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I later learned that a Schedule Z form needed to be submitted to National Grid to properly allocate the solar credits between the two units. That was never done, and the oversight ultimately resulted in the electricity being shut off in one of the units. Three years later, this issue is still causing us financial losses and ongoing complications. Another disappointment was that no one discussed installing a critter

  Too early for thorough review. Installed yesterday, installer group great. Ordered battery but not on work order so install did not include battery which was annoying. Sales rep said he would make sure to follow thru and that it would be installed at later date. Not sure I'm going to save much, time will tell after it is turned on. However, feel it is good move toward environment. Will be able to better rate once system is up and running.
