Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in the Brockton area. Across Massachusetts, 103 of the 198 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 561 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Ordered by the share of one and two star reviews, weighted by how many reviews stand behind it. It ranks review records, not workmanship.

Every company we hold in the Brockton area, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★30%

Each mark is one company we hold in the Brockton area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Isaksen Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

What reviewers said

Lied about the system and apparently had my previous review removed. As well as others which explains the 5 stars.

I would be very hesitant to use Isaksen solar Based on my experience.

  • 1★ · around August 2025

I scheduled a Zoom sales call with them, but their manager, Michelle DeMelo, simply didn’t show up for the first call without any prior notice or explanation. I emailed them to remind them about the call, so they rescheduled it—only to fail to show up again for the second call. Unfortunately, I don’t see any reason to buy from this company.

Isaksen Solar diagnosed and fixed an electrical problem with my solar in just a few hours, even though they were not the original installer. They were efficient, professional, and very informative. And most importantly, I am once again producing power!

Jon gave us ALL the extra time we need. We are 2 IT ignoramouses … so he really went over and above. All other staff were quick, polite and neat!

Best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Spoke with Ryan, very helpful was able to take care of my issue in 10 minutes. Fast responses, very professional, and beyond helpful.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
