Its one and two star share is 3 points above the typical installer in Santa Rosa. Across California, 662 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 32 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

My initial interactions during the contract signing with Suntegrity were good. They were professional, knowledgeable, & experienced. The 5 star reviews are likely deserved if it's a straightforward contract signing and installation. Our was a more complicated situation. There were some issues that arose. I did not feel the company was particularly understanding or supportive. With the final issue, a friendly phone call instead of a terse email would have probably gone a long ways towards resolving the situation amicably. Instead it led to a situation where we parted ways agreeing to disagree.

We used Suntegrity Solar for the system on our new home in Corte Madera, and I'd recommend them without hesitation. As a first-time solar customer, I didn't know much going in — but Dawn, Keith, and the team made it genuinely easy. They were communicative at every step, thorough in their work, and fast. Where they really stood out was navigating the permitting and PG&E interconnection process. That side of things is cumbersome and confusing at face value, and there were a few hurdles along the way, but Suntegrity handled it and kept me informed the whole time. They took what could have been a

Highly recommended. Suntegrity Solar did a fantastic job installing my 18-panel system in 2015. Fast forward 10 years and I noticed the panel production had degraded below the manufacturer's 25-year output warranty. The LG panels were the problem, not Suntegrity's work, even though it was a premium panel at the time. Keith and the team stepped up when I reached out to them. They initiated the warranty claim, worked every detail with the manufacturer, and installed a full set of replacement panels. Plenty of solar companies are here today, gone tomorrow. Suntegrity is the opposite: still standi

Suntegrity Solar just completed installation of two Enphase systems with battery backups, one for a new ADU and the other for my existing home. Keith, Dawn and their team handled everything flawlessly, including system recommendations, upfront and transparent pricing, permits, and coordination with PG&E and my general and electrical contractors. I was kept informed on every step in the process, and their installation crews did a fantastic job. I was already aware of Suntegrity's excellent reputation so I had high expectations, and they exceed those! I couldn't be more pleased with my new solar

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Established

“licenses. Locally owned and operated since 1977. All installations done by our highly…”

Its website also mentions financing and free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
